Founded in 2020 at the height of the pandemic, and the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery (and countless others), Village Nonprofit Solutions (VNS) launched as a consulting firm committed to “Cultivating Good” in the nonprofit sector. Recognizing that communities of color have historically driven and resourced the social impact movements that impact them—from the Montgomery Bus Boycott to modern efforts like Black Lives Matter—Village builds on this rich legacy to address the systemic barriers that persist today.
